Finding your passion Interviewing people became an important part of my career early on. I learned that the quality of the people I hired drove the success of my team. One of the things I noticed about the people I talked to was that some had little passion about working. It was apparent that they were there to interview more because of the need for an income that a desire to be involved in the work we did. When looking at their resumes and asking questions I often thought these folks would be better suited to looking at what would make them passionate first, and then pursuing a line of work that would fit. Much has been written about finding ones passion. Just what is that all about? Wouldn’t life be terrific if everyone worked in their area of passion, where their commitment was high and their energy was off the charts? When we are doing what we are passionate about we have positive energy that propels us. We are able to work at a higher consciousness level. Our thoughts are positive and our creativity and intuition are at their peak. Many things seem possible that might otherwise seem unsurmountable at a lower energy state. So, how do you find you’re passion? Tune in tomorrow as we explore this further!
