After a career as a senior leader in the healthcare industry, Bill pursued opportunities where he could help those seeking deeper connections with themselves and others. He has worked in career counseling as a professional coach, worked with executives in developing leadership skills, and been a spiritual companion to those seeking a deeper connection with God.
All of these pursuits share one common theme-helping others pursue a more enriching life through self awareness. Developing insight can lead to growth and enrichment. This is what I seek for myself. If this sounds interesting, perhaps we should talk.
For someone who is drawn to looking at life through a spiritual lens a companioning process with a Spiritual Guide can be useful. The ancient practice of Spiritual Direction is a relationship where the Seeker explores while the Guide/Companion listens and asks questions. Often the Guide an offer resources.
Coaching, which also includes active listening, is another exploratory path. A coach helps clients navigate challenges in their peronsal or professional life. The process involves the client discovering and implementing a plan they create. The coach can provide support, accountability and resources to facilitate the process.
The Life Purpose Course is an experiential program where we look at values, interests and passions to see where someone might pursue a new direction. The program is beneficial to career decisions, retirement choices and new directions.
