Thanks to my coaching sessions with Bill I understand what lights my fire and how stress affects my energy and focus. This has helped me to more successfully approach my current job and prepare for my next career opportunity and given me the perspective to build the me I aspire to.

I never meant to be an Executive Director.  Finding myself in this role, I recognized a need to increase my managerial skill set, and set out to get training in this area.  After several years of training, I knew what I needed to do, but was unsuccessful in making key changes.   Only after working with Bill Daniel was I truly able to implement changes that have transformed my organization.  Bill’s coaching style created a safe environment where we could work on very specific objectives and apply them to real life situations.  He was always just a phone call away.  I now am more satisfied with my managerial relationships than I have ever been in my role as an executive director, and my staff reports greater workplace satisfaction as well.  Thank you, Bill.
