We may face this type of situation during a time of transition like retirement. Or it could be when the kids leave the nest, or a loss causes a significant change in circumstance.

At Insight for Leadership Excellence, LLC we have developed a small group facilitated program to look at this. The group program is called the Life Purpose Course. It’s a 12 hour 5 session class where we explore:

• Values
• Interests
• Energy
• Passions
• How others see us
• Our aspirations

We work as a group of 8-12 and smaller groups of 2-3 to explore exercises to provide insights and ideas. The program is $200. Scholarships are available.

On a one-to- one basis we can do much of the same work using some or all of the materials from the course. We design these sessions around the particular needs of the client.

This is a collaborative coaching process from start to finish--through analysis, strategy, and execution. As a coach Bill can give you an objective perspective. We partner to achieve insight, resulting in clarity.
